How has ESP helped you to improve revenue and boost your business?
“ESP allows us to give us an idea of each stylist’s strengths and weaknesses and how we can improve on their weaknesses. For example, we can tell if a stylist’s amount of colour services is low, or in terms of retail, who is selling what and when, then we can focus on improving their education in a specific area to improve figures.”
